The Stalking Mangina is a sick, perverted man who stalks teenagers. He is fast and mysterious, his disguising skills are at the master level. He also appeared in Movies In Minutes - Saw 12.
The horror movie with the same name was made up by Ryan Higa and his friends. Despite being labeled as a 'horror movie', it is actually comedy-based.
